The Municipal Executive is authorised to process the data it has obtained for the performance of the tasks assigned to the Municipal Executive by or pursuant to the Civic Integration Act 2021 (Wet inburgering 2021), to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of this Act.
Het college is bevoegd de gegevens die zij heeft verkregen voor de uitvoering van de taken die bij of krachtens de Wet inburgering 2021 aan het college zijn opgedragen, ook te verwerken voor zover dat noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van deze wet.
