The assistance is not subject to alienation or pledge.
2.
Special assistance is not subject to attachment.
3.
An authorisation to receive the assistance, granted under whatever form or whatever name, is at all times revocable.
4.
Any clause contrary to this article is void.

De bijstand is niet vatbaar voor vervreemding of verpanding.
2.
Bijzondere bijstand is niet vatbaar voor beslag.
3.
Een machtiging tot het in ontvangst nemen van de bijstand, onder welke vorm of welke benaming ook verleend, is steeds herroepelijk.
4.
Elk beding, strijdig met dit artikel, is nietig.
