Any investigating judge (rechter-commissaris) may request the executing judicial authority to seize and transfer to him objects found in the possession of the person whose surrender he has requested on the basis of an alert as referred to in Article 4, paragraphs one and two, or on the basis of a European arrest warrant.
Elke rechter-commissaris kan de uitvoerende justitiële autoriteit verzoeken voorwerpen, aangetroffen in het bezit van degene wiens overlevering hij op basis van een signalering als bedoeld in artikel 4, eerste en tweede lid of van een Europees aanhoudingsbevel heeft gevraagd, in beslag te nemen en aan hem over te dragen.
