The issuing examining magistrate (rechter-commissaris) is, with a view to the handling and execution of the European arrest warrant issued by him, authorised to provide the executing judicial authority, upon request or of his own motion, with supplementary information and, where appropriate, to agree in writing on the conditions in the event that the requested person is temporarily surrendered.
De uitvaardigende rechter-commissaris is met het oog op de behandeling en uitvoering van het door hem afgegeven Europees aanhoudingsbevel bevoegd de uitvoerende justitiële autoriteit op verzoek of eigener beweging aanvullende informatie te verstrekken en, in voorkomend geval, schriftelijk de voorwaarden overeen te komen in het geval de opgeëiste persoon voorlopig ter beschikking wordt gesteld.
