Upon the actual surrender, the public prosecutor shall inform the issuing judicial authority or, where applicable, the competent central authority of the duration of the deprivation of liberty of the requested person for the purpose of his surrender.
Bij de feitelijke overlevering deelt de officier van justitie aan de uitvaardigende justitiële autoriteit of, in voorkomend geval, aan de bevoegde centrale autoriteit de duur van de vrijheidsbeneming van de opgeëiste persoon met het oog op zijn overlevering, mee.
