The public prosecutor shall notify the issuing judicial authority of the court's decision without delay. If the surrender is granted, he shall state either the time limit within which the surrender must take place, or the existence of a competing extradition request or a surrender request from the International Criminal Court or another international tribunal.
De officier van justitie brengt de uitspraak van de rechtbank onverwijld ter kennis van de uitvaardigende justitiële autoriteit. Indien de overlevering is toegestaan, vermeldt hij hetzij de termijn waarbinnen de overlevering dient plaats te vinden, hetzij het bestaan van een concurrerend uitleveringsverzoek of een overleveringsverzoek van het Internationaal Strafhof of een ander internationaal tribunaal.
