Article 8
in forceThe period of 26 weeks, referred to in Article 669, paragraph 3, point (a), of Book 7 of the Civil Code, commences on the day on which a decision is made regarding the petition for consent to the termination or dissolution of the employment agreement.
In the event of the termination of a hiring assignment, the period referred to in the first paragraph shall commence on the day on which the hiring assignment ends.
De periode van 26 weken, bedoeld in artikel 669, derde lid, onderdeel a, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek vangt aan op de dag waarop wordt beslist op het verzoek om toestemming voor de opzegging of ontbinding van de arbeidsovereenkomst.
Indien sprake is van het beëindigen van een inleenopdracht vangt de periode, bedoeld in het eerste lid, aan op de dag waarop de inleenopdracht eindigt.
