Our Minister concerned, in agreement with Our Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning, may delegate the authority to adopt a project decision to the provincial executive (gedeputeerde staten) of the province where the project is carried out in its entirety or for the most part, provided that they consent thereto.
Rules may be laid down by Order in Council regarding the application of the first paragraph.
Onze Minister die het aangaat, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening, kan de bevoegdheid om een projectbesluit vast te stellen overdragen aan gedeputeerde staten van de provincie waar het project geheel of in hoofdzaak wordt uitgevoerd, als deze daarmee instemmen.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kunnen regels worden gesteld over de toepassing van het eerste lid.
