The Provincial Executive of the province where the project is primarily carried out are authorised to adopt the project decision.
The executive board of the water board in whose jurisdiction the project is primarily carried out is authorised to adopt the project decision.
If the executive council of one or more provinces and the executive board of one or more water boards wish to jointly implement a project, the executive council of the province where the project is carried out in its entirety or for the most part is authorised to adopt the project decision.
If Our Minister concerned, in agreement with Our Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning, and the provincial executive of one or more provinces or the executive board of one or more water boards jointly wish to implement a project, Our Minister concerned, in agreement with Our Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning, is authorised to adopt the project decision.
Gedeputeerde staten van de provincie waar het project in hoofdzaak wordt uitgevoerd, zijn bevoegd om het projectbesluit vast te stellen.
Het dagelijks bestuur van het waterschap waar het project in hoofdzaak wordt uitgevoerd, is bevoegd om het projectbesluit vast te stellen.
Als gedeputeerde staten van een of meer provincies en het dagelijks bestuur van een of meer waterschappen gezamenlijk een project willen uitvoeren, zijn gedeputeerde staten van de provincie waar het project geheel of in hoofdzaak wordt uitgevoerd bevoegd om het projectbesluit vast te stellen.
Als Onze Minister die het aangaat, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening, en gedeputeerde staten van een of meer provincies of het dagelijks bestuur van een of meer waterschappen gezamenlijk een project willen uitvoeren, is Onze Minister die het aangaat, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening, bevoegd om het projectbesluit vast te stellen.
