Interested parties may submit written objections to the court against the expropriation order. Interested parties shall in any event be deemed to include:

a.

owners

b.

long-term lessees (erfpachters)

c.

superficiaries

d.

owners of a dominant tenement,

e.

persons entitled to rights of use and habitation,

f.

persons entitled to rights as referred to in Article 150, paragraph 5, of the Transitional Act of the New Civil Code,

g.

possessors

h.

hire-purchase buyers

i.

tenants, including subtenants to whom the property has been sublet in accordance with their authority,

j.

lessees, including sublessees to whom the property has been subleased in accordance with their authority, and

k.

creditors who may claim performance of an obligation as referred to in Article 252 of Book 6 of the Civil Code.

Articles 6:5, paragraphs one and three, and 6:6 of the General Administrative Law Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Belanghebbenden kunnen bij de rechtbank schriftelijk bedenkingen inbrengen tegen de onteigeningsbeschikking. Als belanghebbenden worden in ieder geval aangemerkt:

a.

eigenaren,

b.

erfpachters,

c.

opstallers,

d.

eigenaren van een heersend erf,

e.

rechthebbenden op rechten van gebruik en bewoning,

f.

rechthebbenden op rechten als bedoeld in artikel 150, vijfde lid, van de Overgangswet Nieuw Burgerlijk Wetboek,

g.

bezitters,

h.

huurkopers,

i.

huurders, waaronder ook onderhuurders aan wie bevoegdelijk is onderverhuurd,

j.

pachters, waaronder ook onderpachters aan wie bevoegdelijk is onderverpacht, en

k.

schuldeisers die de nakoming van een verplichting als bedoeld in artikel 252 van Boek 6 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek kunnen vorderen.

De artikelen 6:5, eerste en derde lid, en 6:6 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
