As soon as possible after the land consolidation decision has become irrevocable, the Provincial Executive shall notify the Land Chamber which leasehold relations have been maintained, terminated, or newly established, stating:
the names and places of residence of the parties to the lease agreement,
the immovable property to which these relate, and
that which has been stipulated in the land consolidation decision regarding the lease agreements resulting from the established leasehold relations.
Gedeputeerde staten delen zo spoedig mogelijk nadat het ruilbesluit onherroepelijk is geworden, aan de grondkamer mee welke pachtverhoudingen gehandhaafd, opgeheven of nieuw gevestigd zijn, onder vermelding van:
de namen en woonplaatsen van partijen in de pachtverhouding,
de onroerende zaken waarop deze betrekking hebben, en
hetgeen in het ruilbesluit is bepaald over de uit de gevestigde pachtverhoudingen voortvloeiende pachtovereenkomsten.
