As soon as the land consolidation decision has become irrevocable, the Provincial Executive shall give notice thereof by sending the land consolidation decision to the Land Registry and Public Records Agency (Dienst voor het kadaster en de openbare registers).
Zodra het ruilbesluit onherroepelijk is, doen gedeputeerde staten hiervan mededeling door toezending van het ruilbesluit aan de Dienst voor het kadaster en de openbare registers.
