Article 16.103

Until the parties have been invited to appear at a hearing of the court, the court may close the investigation if continuation of the investigation is not necessary because:
the petition is manifestly inadmissible,
The petition must be dismissed because the expropriation order manifestly cannot be ratified.
In the ruling following the application of the first paragraph, the parties shall be referred to Article 16.104.
Totdat partijen zijn uitgenodigd om op een zitting van de rechtbank te verschijnen, kan de rechtbank het onderzoek sluiten, als voortzetting van het onderzoek niet nodig is, omdat:
het verzoek kennelijk niet-ontvankelijk is,
het verzoek moet worden afgewezen omdat de onteigeningsbeschikking kennelijk niet kan worden bekrachtigd.
In de uitspraak na toepassing van het eerste lid worden partijen gewezen op artikel 16.104.
