If it appears to the court during the proceedings that the matter is not sufficiently urgent to justify an expedited procedure or that the matter requires ordinary proceedings, it shall determine that the matter shall be further dealt with in the ordinary manner.
Blijkt aan de rechtbank bij de behandeling dat de zaak niet voldoende spoedeisend is om een versnelde behandeling te rechtvaardigen of dat de zaak een gewone behandeling vordert, dan bepaalt zij dat de zaak verder op de gewone wijze wordt behandeld.
