The supervisors referred to in Article 7.11, paragraph 2, are authorised:
to enter a dwelling without the consent of the occupant, taking with them the necessary equipment; and
to seal business premises and objects during the time between 18:00 hours and 08:00 hours, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the exercise of the powers referred to in Article 5:17 of the General Administrative Law Act.
The supervisors shall, if necessary, exercise the powers referred to in the first paragraph with the assistance of the police.
De in artikel 7.11, tweede lid, bedoelde toezichthouders zijn bevoegd:
met medeneming van de benodigde apparatuur, een woning binnen te treden zonder toestemming van de bewoner; en
bedrijfsruimten en voorwerpen te verzegelen gedurende de tijd gelegen tussen 18.00 uur en 08.00 uur voor zover dat voor de uitoefening van de in artikel 5:17 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht genoemde bevoegdheden redelijkerwijs nodig is.
De toezichthouders oefenen de in het eerste lid genoemde bevoegdheden zo nodig uit met behulp van de sterke arm.
