The Framework Act on independent administrative bodies (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) applies to the Commissariaat, with the exception of Article 17 insofar as it concerns the provisions of Article 2.139, paragraph 6, of the Media Act 2008.
Op het Commissariaat is de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen van toepassing met uitzondering van artikel 17 voor zover het betreft het bepaalde in artikel 2.139, zesde lid, van de Mediawet 2008.
