Articles 3.5, 3.5b, 3.6, 3.7, second paragraph, opening words and point (a), 3.15 up to and including 3.19c, 3.26 and 3.27 apply mutatis mutandis to commercial on-demand media services, with the exception of Articles 3.16, second paragraph, opening words and point (a), and 3.19b, third paragraph, point (b).
Op commerciële mediadiensten op aanvraag zijn de artikelen 3.5, 3.5b, 3.6, 3.7, tweede lid, aanhef en onderdeel a, 3.15 tot en met 3.19c, 3.26 en 3.27 van overeenkomstige toepassing met uitzondering van de artikelen 3.16, tweede lid, aanhef en onderdeel a, en 3.19b, derde lid, onderdeel b.
