The Commissariaat shall revoke an authorisation if the commercial media institution:
therefore petitions; or
fails to pay the due supervision costs referred to in Article 3.30.
The Commissariaat may revoke an authorisation if the commercial media institution:
appears to have provided incorrect or incomplete information at the time of the application; or
otherwise does not comply with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act or Article 5:20, paragraph 1, of the General Administrative Law Act.
Het Commissariaat trekt een toestemming in als de commerciële media-instelling:
daarom verzoekt; of
in gebreke blijft met de betaling van de verschuldigde toezichtskosten, bedoeld in artikel 3.30.
Het Commissariaat kan een toestemming intrekken als de commerciële media-instelling:
bij de aanvraag onjuiste of onvolledige gegevens verstrekt blijkt te hebben; of
overigens niet voldoet aan het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet of artikel 5:20, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
