Article 3.3

The Commissariaat may reject an application if:
a.
the data provided by the applicant with the application are incorrect or incomplete; or
b.
it is reasonably to be expected that the applicant will not comply with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act.
Het Commissariaat kan een aanvraag afwijzen als:
a.
de door de aanvrager bij de aanvraag verstrekte gegevens onjuist of onvolledig zijn; of
b.
redelijkerwijs te verwachten is dat de aanvrager zich niet zal houden aan het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet.
