The national and regional public media institutions and the Ster shall structure their organization in such a way that a sound design, management, and control of the business processes are guaranteed.
The national and regional public media institutions and the Ster shall maintain proper records from which Our Minister, the Board of Directors and the Media Authority may at all times obtain, in an unambiguous manner, the necessary information they require for the performance of their duties.
The national public media institution that is a collaborative broadcaster shall ensure that the broadcasting associations it represents act in accordance with the first and second paragraphs.
The Board of Directors and the Commissariat shall promote that the national public media institutions and the regional public media institutions, respectively, maintain a uniform financial accounting system.
De landelijke en regionale publieke media-instellingen en de Ster richten hun organisatie zodanig in dat een deugdelijke inrichting, sturing en beheersing van de bedrijfsprocessen gewaarborgd is.
De landelijke en regionale publieke media-instellingen en de Ster voeren een deugdelijke administratie waaruit te allen tijde Onze Minister, de raad van bestuur en het Commissariaat elk de benodigde informatie die zij voor de uitvoering van hun taken nodig hebben, op eenduidige wijze kunnen verkrijgen.
De landelijke publieke media-instelling die samenwerkingsomroep is, draagt ervoor zorg dat de omroepverenigingen die hij vertegenwoordigt, overeenkomstig het eerste en tweede lid handelen.
De raad van bestuur en het Commissariaat bevorderen dat onderscheidenlijk de landelijke publieke media-instellingen en de regionale publieke media-instellingen een eenduidige financiële boekhouding voeren.
