Public media institutions shall make at least the following information regarding the media institution easily, directly and permanently available to the public:
Name;
place of establishment;
contact details including e-mail address or internet address; and
the name of the Commissariaat as the body charged with the supervision of compliance pursuant to Title 7.2.
Publieke media-instellingen stellen ten minste de volgende gegevens van de media-instelling gemakkelijk, rechtstreeks en permanent beschikbaar voor het publiek:
naam;
plaats van vestiging;
contactgegevens waaronder e-mailadres of internetadres; en
de naam van het Commissariaat als het orgaan dat is belast met het toezicht op de naleving op grond van titel 7.2.
