Unless otherwise provided by or pursuant to this Act, the NPO, the RPO and the public media institutions shall use all their income for the execution of the public media assignment.
The national public media institution that is a collaborative broadcaster shall ensure that the broadcasting associations it represents use all their income for the execution of the public media remit, unless otherwise provided by or pursuant to this Act.
Tenzij bij of krachtens deze wet anders is bepaald, gebruiken de NPO, de RPO en de publieke media-instellingen al hun inkomsten voor de uitvoering van de publieke mediaopdracht.
De landelijke publieke media-instelling die samenwerkingsomroep is, draagt ervoor zorg dat de omroepverenigingen die hij vertegenwoordigt, al hun inkomsten voor de uitvoering van de publieke mediaopdracht gebruiken, tenzij bij of krachtens deze wet anders is bepaald.
