The board of the Ster manages the Ster.
2.
The board is charged with the daily management and financial administration of the Ster.
3.
The board is furthermore charged with that which does not expressly belong to the duties of the supervisory board of the Ster.

Het bestuur van de Ster bestuurt de Ster.

Het bestuur is belast met de dagelijks leiding en het financiële beheer van de Ster.
3.
Het bestuur is verder belast met datgene wat niet uitdrukkelijk tot de taken van de raad van toezicht van de Ster behoort.
