The appointment of the members of the management board of the Ster shall be for a period of five years, and reappointment for a consecutive period is possible once.
Suspension and dismissal are possible on the grounds of:
incapacity;
dysfunction; and
incompatibility as referred to in Article 2.99d, paragraph 1, opening words and under (b) up to and including (g), in conjunction with Article 2.100, paragraph 2.
Resignation is furthermore possible upon one's own petition (application).
Benoeming van de leden van het bestuur van de Ster geschiedt voor een periode van vijf jaar en herbenoeming voor een aansluitende periode is eenmaal mogelijk.
Schorsing en ontslag zijn mogelijk wegens:
ongeschiktheid;
disfunctioneren; en
onverenigbaarheid als bedoeld in artikel 2.99d, eerste lid, aanhef en onder b tot en met g, in samenhang met artikel 2.100, tweede lid.
Ontslag is verder mogelijk op eigen verzoek.
