During the designation period, the Provincial States or, as the case may be, the Municipal Council shall issue an opinion to the Commissariaat at least once regarding the question of whether, in their or its opinion, a designated regional or local public media institution still complies with the requirements of Article 2.61, paragraph 2.
If, during the designation period at the Commissariaat, there is serious doubt as to whether the regional or local public media institution still complies with the requirements of Article 2.61, paragraph 2, it may request an interim advisory opinion.
Provinciale staten brengen dan wel de gemeenteraad brengt tijdens de aanwijzingsperiode ten minste eenmaal aan het Commissariaat advies uit over de vraag of een aangewezen regionale of lokale publieke media-instelling naar hun of zijn mening nog voldoet aan de eisen van artikel 2.61, tweede lid.
Als tijdens de aanwijzingsperiode bij het Commissariaat ernstige twijfel bestaat of de regionale of lokale publieke media-instelling nog aan de eisen van artikel 2.61, tweede lid, voldoet, kan hij een tussentijds advies vragen.
