An institution that wishes to perform the public media assignment for more than one province or municipality shall only be designated for that area if the provincial councils or the municipal councils of the relevant provinces or municipalities have jointly issued the advice referred to in Article 2.61, paragraph 3.
The Commissariaat shall notify the provincial states and the municipal councils of the relevant provinces or municipalities of an application by an institution as referred to in the first paragraph.
Een instelling die de publieke mediaopdracht wil uitvoeren voor meer dan één provincie of gemeente, wordt alleen dan voor dat gebied aangewezen, als provinciale staten of de gemeenteraden van de desbetreffende provincies of gemeenten het in artikel 2.61, derde lid bedoelde advies gezamenlijk hebben uitgebracht.
Het Commissariaat stelt provinciale staten en de gemeenteraden van de desbetreffende provincies of gemeenten in kennis van een aanvraag van een instelling als bedoeld in het eerste lid.
