The following decisions of the board of the RPO require the approval of the supervisory board of the RPO:
the decisions referred to in Article 2.60h, paragraph 2, points (c) up to and including (f);
making investments that exceed an amount determined in the articles of association of the RPO;
the entering into or termination of a sustainable cooperation by the RPO with another legal entity or partnership if such cooperation is of significant importance to the RPO or the regional public media institutions;
collective redundancy of a significant number of employees; and
the determination of significant changes in the working conditions of a substantial number of employees.
The further working procedures of the supervisory board of the RPO and the executive board of the RPO shall be governed by the articles of association and the regulations of the RPO.
The articles of association shall in any event provide for the manner in which the regional public media institutions are involved in the decision-making process of the board of the RPO.
De volgende besluiten van het bestuur van de RPO behoeven de instemming van de raad van toezicht van de RPO:
de besluiten, bedoeld in het artikel 2.60h, tweede lid, onder c tot en met f;
het doen van investeringen die een in de statuten van de RPO vastgesteld bedrag te boven gaan;
het door de RPO aangaan of verbreken van duurzame samenwerking met een andere rechtspersoon of vennootschap als die samenwerking van ingrijpende betekenis is voor de RPO of de regionale publieke media-instellingen;
collectief ontslag van een aanmerkelijk aantal werknemers; en
het vaststellen van ingrijpende wijzigingen in de arbeidsomstandigheden van een aanmerkelijk aantal werknemers.
De verdere werkwijze van de raad van toezicht van de RPO en het bestuur van de RPO wordt geregeld in de statuten en reglementen van de RPO.
In de statuten wordt in ieder geval geregeld op welke wijze de regionale publieke media-instellingen worden betrokken bij de besluitvorming van het bestuur van de RPO.
