The board of the RPO is charged with the execution of the tasks of the RPO.
In addition to the other tasks and powers vested in the board of the RPO pursuant to this Act, it is charged with:
the daily management of the activities of the RPO;
determining the arrangements necessary for the execution of the tasks of the RPO;
the determination of the RPO concession policy plan;
the entering into of the performance agreement, as referred to in Article 2.60n;
the determination of the budget, as referred to in Article 2.169a; and
the adoption of the management report, as referred to in Article 2:17, in conjunction with Article 2:60j, paragraph 1.
Het bestuur van de RPO is belast met de uitvoering van de taken van de RPO.
Naast de andere taken en bevoegdheden die het bestuur van de RPO heeft op grond van deze wet, is hij belast met:
de dagelijkse leiding over de werkzaamheden van de RPO;
het vaststellen van de regelingen die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van de taken van de RPO;
het vaststellen van het concessiebeleidsplan RPO;
het aangaan van de prestatieovereenkomst, bedoeld in artikel 2.60n;
het vaststellen van de begroting, bedoeld in artikel 2.169a; en
het vaststellen van het bestuursverslag, bedoeld in artikel 2.17, in samenhang met artikel 2.60j, eerste lid.
