For the realisation of the public media mandate at a national level, a concession is granted to the NPO by Royal Decree.
The concession shall be valid for a period of ten years and shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
For the application of Articles 2.20 and 2.29, the concession period consists of two periods of five years.
Voor de verwezenlijking van de publieke mediaopdracht op landelijk niveau wordt bij koninklijk besluit aan de NPO een concessie verleend.
De concessie geldt voor tien jaar en treedt in werking met ingang van een in het koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
Voor de toepassing van de artikelen 2.20 en 2.29 bestaat de concessieperiode uit twee perioden van vijf jaar.
