Amendments to the articles of association of the NPO require the consent of Our Minister.
2.
The supervisory board and the executive board cannot resolve to dissolve the NPO.

Wijzigingen in de statuten van de NPO behoeven de instemming van Onze Minister.

De raad van toezicht en de raad van bestuur kunnen niet besluiten tot ontbinding van de NPO.
