A notarial declaration as referred to in Articles 26, 27, paragraph 3, 30, 31, under b, in conjunction with 26, paragraph 1, 34, 35, 36 and 46a, shall be drawn up by notarial deed.

Een notariële verklaring als bedoeld in de artikelen 26, 27, derde lid, 30, 31, onder b, juncto 26, eerste lid, 34, 35, 36 en 46a, wordt opgemaakt bij notariële akte.
