If the fact to be registered relates to an aircraft entered in the aircraft register referred to in Article 92, or to a right to which such an object is subject, the document submitted for registration shall contain:
the nationality mark and the registration mark, as referred to in Article 3.2, paragraph 1, of the Aviation Act;
the name and domicile of the manufacturer and the type of the aircraft, the year and place of construction, the serial number if the aircraft has one, with an indication of the place where this number is affixed, and the number of engines, the type, power and manufacturer of each engine, as well as the serial number thereof with an indication of the place where this number is affixed;
the maximum permissible take-off mass of the aircraft and, if the aircraft bears a name, its name;
the number under which the registration of the aircraft has been effected in the public registers.
Article 21, paragraph 3, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Indien het in te schrijven feit betrekking heeft op een in de registratie voor luchtvaartuigen, bedoeld in artikel 92, te boek staand luchtvaartuig of op een recht waaraan een zodanige zaak is onderworpen, bevat het ter inschrijving aangeboden stuk:
het nationaliteitskenmerk en het inschrijvingskenmerk, bedoeld in artikel 3.2, eerste lid, van de Wet luchtvaart;
de naam en woonplaats van de fabrikant en het type van het luchtvaartuig, jaar en plaats van de bouw, het serienummer zo het luchtvaartuig dat heeft met vermelding van de plaats waar dit nummer is aangebracht, en het aantal motoren, het type, vermogen en de fabrikant van elke motor, alsmede het fabrieksnummer daarvan met aanduiding van de plaats waar dit nummer is aangebracht;
de maximaal toegelaten startmassa van het luchtvaartuig en, indien het luchtvaartuig een naam voert, de naam ervan;
het nummer waaronder de teboekstelling van het luchtvaartuig in de openbare registers is geschied.
Artikel 21, derde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
