Regardless of the notifications made pursuant to Article 48, paragraph 5, the Secretary-General of the United Nations shall inform all States referred to in the first paragraph of the same Article of the following:

(a).

signatures, ratifications and accessions pursuant to Article 48;

(b).

the date of entry into force of this Convention pursuant to Article 49 and the date of entry into effect of any amendments pursuant to Article 51.

Ongeacht de krachtens artikel 48, lid 5, gedane kennisgevingen, stelt de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties alle in het eerste lid van hetzelfde artikel bedoelde Staten van het volgende in kennis:

(a).

ondertekeningen, bekrachtigingen en toetredingen krachtens artikel 48;

(b).

de datum van inwerkingtreding van dit Verdrag krachtens artikel 49 en de datum van het van kracht worden van eventuele wijzigingen krachtens artikel 51.
