Article 49
in forceThis Convention shall enter into force three months after the date of deposit with the Secretary-General of the United Nations of the thirty-fifth instrument of ratification or instrument of accession.
With respect to each State which ratifies this Convention or accedes to this Convention after the deposit of the thirty-fifth instrument of ratification or instrument of accession, this Convention shall enter into force three months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or instrument of accession.
Dit Verdrag treedt in werking drie maanden na de datum van nederlegging bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties van de vijfendertigste akte van bekrachtiging of akte van toetreding.
Ten aanzien van iedere Staat die na nederlegging van de vijfendertigste akte van bekrachtiging of akte van toetreding dit Verdrag bekrachtigt of tot dit Verdrag toetreedt, treedt dit Verdrag in werking drie maanden na de datum van nederlegging van zijn akte van bekrachtiging of akte van toetreding.
