The person who, pursuant to this Act, is obliged to:
the provision of information or data, and the failure to provide such information or data, or the provision thereof in an incorrect or incomplete manner;
making books, documents, other data carriers or the contents thereof available for consultation, and fails to make these available for this purpose;
making books, documents, other data carriers or the contents thereof available for consultation, and making these available for this purpose in a false or falsified form;
shall be punished by detention for a term not exceeding six months or a fine of the third category.
Any person who fails to comply with the obligation imposed upon him by Article 58, paragraph 2, shall be punished with a fine of the second category.
Degene die ingevolge deze wet verplicht is tot:
het verstrekken van inlichtingen of gegevens, en deze niet, onjuist of onvolledig verstrekt;
het voor raadpleging beschikbaar stellen van boeken, bescheiden, andere gegevensdragers of de inhoud daarvan, en deze niet voor dit doel beschikbaar stelt;
het voor raadpleging beschikbaar stellen van boeken, bescheiden, andere gegevensdragers of de inhoud daarvan, en deze in valse of vervalste vorm voor dit doel beschikbaar stelt;
wordt gestraft met hechtenis van ten hoogste zes maanden of geldboete van de derde categorie.
Degene die niet voldoet aan de hem bij artikel 58, tweede lid, opgelegde verplichting, wordt gestraft met geldboete van de tweede categorie.
