The provisions of the first and second sections of Chapter IV regarding rights of recourse and set-off, with the exception of Article 24, paragraph 2, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the person held liable.

2.

The provisions of Article 25 regarding the possibility of a stay of payment shall apply mutatis mutandis to the person held liable.

3.

Rules shall be established by ministerial regulation pursuant to which a person held liable who is unable to satisfy the amount for which they have been held liable, in whole or in part, without extraordinary hardship, shall be released, in whole or in part, from their payment obligation.

De bepalingen van de eerste en de tweede afdeling van hoofdstuk IV inzake verhaalsrechten en verrekening, met uitzondering van artikel 24, tweede lid, vinden overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de aansprakelijk gestelde.

Het bepaalde in artikel 25 met betrekking tot de mogelijkheid van uitstel van betaling vindt overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de aansprakelijk gestelde.

Bij ministeriële regeling worden regels gesteld krachtens welke de aansprakelijk gestelde die niet in staat is anders dan met buitengewoon bezwaar het bedrag waarvoor hij aansprakelijk is gesteld geheel of gedeeltelijk te voldoen, geheel of gedeeltelijk wordt ontslagen van zijn betalingsverplichting.
