No later than three months before the period arising from Article 349a expires, the administrator shall submit a report to the supervisory judge on the manner in which the debtor has fulfilled his obligations during the debt restructuring scheme.
Uiterlijk drie maanden voordat de termijn volgend uit artikel 349a afloopt, brengt de bewindvoerder verslag uit aan de rechter-commissaris over de wijze waarop de schuldenaar gedurende de schuldsaneringsregeling aan zijn verplichtingen heeft voldaan.
