A copy of the inventory of the estate and, if Article 324, paragraph 3 has been applied, of the statement referred to in that paragraph, shall be deposited for inspection by anyone free of charge at the registry of the court that declared the debt restructuring scheme applicable.
The deposit is made free of charge.
Een afschrift van de boedelbeschrijving en, indien toepassing is gegeven aan artikel 324, derde lid, van de staat in dat artikellid bedoeld, worden ter kosteloze inzage van een ieder neergelegd ter griffie van de rechtbank die de schuldsaneringsregeling van toepassing heeft verklaard.
De neerlegging geschiedt kosteloos.
