Article 286

The petition with accompanying documents, referred to in Article 285, paragraph 1, shall be deposited at the registry of the court and shall be available for inspection by any person free of charge from the judgment granting the application of the debt restructuring scheme. The deposit shall be made free of charge.
Het verzoekschrift met bijbehorende stukken, bedoeld in artikel 285, eerste lid, worden ter griffie van de rechtbank neergelegd en zijn vanaf de uitspraak tot de toepassing van de schuldsaneringsregeling ter kosteloze inzage van een ieder. De neerlegging geschiedt kosteloos.
