If the declaration of bankruptcy of an investment firm as referred to in Article 1:1 of the Financial Supervision Act, of a financial institution that holds a declaration of subjection to supervision as referred to in Article 3:110 of that Act, or of a person who holds a licence pursuant to Article 3:4, paragraph 1 of that Act, is pronounced pursuant to a provision of this title or within one month after the end of a suspension of payments granted to such an enterprise, the implementation of the safety net scheme which was implemented during the suspension of payments shall be continued during the bankruptcy in accordance with Section 3.5.6 of that Act.
Indien de faillietverklaring van een beleggingsonderneming als bedoeld in artikel 1:1 van de Wet op het financieel toezicht, van een financiële instelling die een verklaring van ondertoezichtstelling als bedoeld in artikel 3:110 van die wet heeft, of van een persoon die een vergunning heeft ingevolge artikel 3:4, eerste lid van die wet, wordt uitgesproken ingevolge een bepaling van deze titel of binnen een maand na het einde van een surseance van betaling die aan een dergelijke onderneming is verleend, wordt de uitvoering van de vangnetregeling die werd uitgevoerd tijdens de surseance van betaling voortgezet tijdens het faillissement op de voet van afdeling 3.5.6 van die wet.
