For claims which the counterparty has acquired against the debtor by virtue of the dissolution or annulment of an agreement concluded with the latter prior to the commencement of the suspension of payments, or which seek compensation for damages in respect of a failure in the performance of a claim acquired against the latter prior to the commencement of the suspension of payments, it may submit them in the manner provided for in Article 233.
Voor vorderingen die de wederpartij uit hoofde van ontbinding of vernietiging van een vóór de aanvang van de surseance met de schuldenaar gesloten overeenkomst op deze heeft verkregen, of die strekken tot schadevergoeding ter zake van tekortschieten in de nakoming van een vóór de aanvang van de surseance op deze verkregen vordering, kan zij opkomen op de voet, in artikel 233 bepaald.
