Excluded from the assets referred to in Article 63a, paragraph 1, are the assets that are pledged pursuant to a financial collateral agreement as referred to in Article 51 of Book 7 of the Civil Code.

Van de goederen als bedoeld in artikel 63a, eerste lid, zijn uitgezonderd de goederen die uit hoofde van een financiëlezekerheidsovereenkomst als bedoeld in artikel 51 van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek zijn verpand.
