Article 213g

The registrar notifies De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. without delay of the judgment declaring the bankruptcy and of the authorizations referred to in Article 213aga, paragraph 1, and Article 213agb, paragraph 1.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. shall without delay thereafter notify the supervisory authorities of all other Member States of the judgment declaring bankruptcy and of the authorisations referred to in Article 213aga, paragraph 1, and Article 213agb, paragraph 1, as well as of the possible consequences thereof in the relevant case.
De griffier stelt de Nederlandsche Bank N.V. onverwijld in kennis van het vonnis tot faillietverklaring en van de machtigingen, bedoeld in artikel 213aga, eerste lid, en artikel 213agb, eerste lid.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. stelt onverwijld daarna de toezichthoudende autoriteiten van alle andere lidstaten in kennis van het vonnis tot faillietverklaring en van de machtigingen, bedoeld in artikel 213aga, eerste lid en artikel 213agb, eerste lid alsmede van de mogelijke gevolgen daarvan in het desbetreffende geval.
