Articles 212u up to and including 212w do not preclude a claim from being instituted for the nullity, annulment or unenforceability of a juridical act on account of the prejudice to the creditors as a whole which is the result of that juridical act.
De artikelen 212u tot en met 212w staan er niet aan in de weg dat een vordering wordt ingesteld tot nietigheid, vernietiging of het niet kunnen worden tegengeworpen van een rechtshandeling wegens de benadeling van het geheel van schuldeisers welke van die rechtshandeling het gevolg is.
