De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. sends a copy of the petition to the bank and gives notice of the contents of the petition to the competent authorities of the other Member States where a branch of the bank is situated or to which it provides services from its establishments in another Member State.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. zendt een afschrift van het verzoekschrift aan de bank en geeft kennis van de inhoud van het verzoekschrift aan de bevoegde autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten waar een bijkantoor van de bank is gelegen of waarnaar zij diensten verricht vanuit haar vestigingen in een andere lidstaat.
