Notwithstanding Article 212t, the effects of liquidation proceedings on a netting agreement as referred to in Article 212a, point (m), shall be governed exclusively by the law applicable to that agreement.
In afwijking van artikel 212t worden de gevolgen van een liquidatieprocedure voor een overeenkomst tot verrekening als bedoeld in artikel 212a, onderdeel m, uitsluitend beheerst door het recht dat van toepassing is op die overeenkomst.
