Notwithstanding Article 212t, the effects of a liquidation procedure on the rights of the bank to registered property are governed by the law of the Member State under the authority of which the register is kept.
In afwijking van artikel 212t worden de gevolgen van een liquidatieprocedure voor de rechten van de bank op een registergoed beheerst door het recht van de lidstaat onder het gezag waarvan het register wordt gehouden.
