After the expiry of the aforementioned two months, the court shall, irrespective of whether or not opposition has been lodged, upon the conclusion of the Public Prosecution Service, grant or refuse the petition.
Na verloop van de voormelde twee maanden zal de rechtbank, om het even of er verzet of geen verzet is gedaan, op de conclusie van het Openbaar Ministerie het verzoek toestaan of weigeren.
