The bankruptcy comprises the entire property of the debtor at the time of the declaration of bankruptcy, as well as that which he acquires during the bankruptcy.

Het faillissement omvat het gehele vermogen van de schuldenaar ten tijde van de faillietverklaring, alsmede hetgeen hij gedurende het faillissement verwerft.
