If, after the final distribution, distributions reserved pursuant to Article 189 revert to the estate, or should it appear that there are still assets of the estate present which were not known at the time of the liquidation, the bankruptcy trustee shall, upon the order of the court, proceed to the liquidation and distribution thereof on the basis of the previous distribution lists.
Indien na de slotuitdeling ingevolge artikel 189 gereserveerde uitdelingen aan de boedel terugvallen, of mocht blijken dat er nog baten van de boedel aanwezig zijn, welke ten tijde der vereffening niet bekend waren, gaat de curator, op bevel van de rechtbank, tot vereffening en verdeling daarvan over op de grondslag van de vroegere uitdelingslijsten.
